We also represent individuals and businesses involved in real estate litigation, including partition actions and boundary line, easement, & title disputes.

We administer estates and trusts on behalf of our clients, as well as draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care accusations and power of attorney, living wills, guardianships, supplemental needs trusts, gifting and Medicaid benefit eligibility, and other estate planning matters and documents.

We also advise estate fiduciaries and beneficiaries of their rights and responsibilities. Although resolving and avoiding probate litigation is the aim, we are prepared for probate litigation, including will contests, accounting, and spousal rights disputes.

 We help our clients operate and expand their businesses by advising on the corporate formation and structure, contract negotiating and drafting, drafting bylaws and corporate minutes, licensing and franchise agreements, and the purchase and sale of businesses. 

We represent clients in the formation and administration of Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations, Partnerships, and Sole Proprietorships.

 Our firm has sued, defended, settled, and brought to trial personal injury cases involving car accidents, fall-downs, dog bites, and other cases resulting from the negligence of others. 

 Our clients’ Title Insurance policies are completed in-house. Edward A. Pace examines real estate title as a Title Insurance Agent for First American Title Insurance Company of New York.
